Do you offer trial membership?
Yes. We offer a one full month trial of our real time information service for prospective members. We charge only a nominal administration fee of GBP100 (one hundred Pounds Sterling) or currency equivalent for one month's transmissions of our real time text messages. How do I pay for your real time information service?
Profits Prophets uses Paypal to administer its subscription payments. Please see the accompanying 'Full Membership' and 'Trial Membership' pages for more information.

If I am not satisfied, when and how can I cease my membership?
Any member can cancel his / her debit or credit card payment at any time, via Paypal, without notice to Profits Prophets.

How long will I wait before I receive your real time information service?
We will commence our real time information service immediately we receive confirmation of receipt of your fee. We will notify you as soon as your fee has been received.

Do I have to trade through your suggested broker to be a member of Profits Prophets?
No. Members are free to choose whichever firm they wish.

I was stopped out - why are my spread betting company's prices not always identical to yours? We trade via brokers who offer genuine market prices. Spread-betting companies make their own prices, and offer wider price spreads. If we were trading via a spread-betting company we would adjust our entry levels, our stops and our profit levels accordingly. 

Do you pass members' names and information to others?
No. We guarantee total confidentiality to all our members, as confirmed by the 'Data Protection' section of our 'Important Notice'. We will not divulge any member's identity, contact details, or any other information about any of our members.

Am I able to telephone you?
To be successful, the nature of our business requires dedication and long hours of focused concentration.

The nature of our business, and its record of success, invites unsolicited enquiries from numerous sources, for example time-wasters, would-be free-loaders, head-hunters trying to tempt our people away, journalists from 'tipping' publications, would-be competitors and others pretending to be members, etc, etc.

Because Profits Prophets is international, with members around the world in different time zones, we would be constantly interrupted, twenty-four hours per day, every day, were we to release our telephone numbers.

We therefore restrict communications to e-mail, solely to prevent otherwise constant disruptions. We limit the use of our telephone lines to our sources of price-sensitive market news and information.

Our dedicated Help Desk is of course very pleased to answer members' enquiries by e-mail.

Do you provide seminars, trading manuals or trading advice?
No. Our trading is based on research and analysis of numerous constantly changing economic, political, fundamental and technical factors, requiring substantial and continuing investment of our time, which could not be packaged.
